Represented by the Professional Development Center at the General Directorate for Competency Development, the Ministry of Interior organized the "Effective Mentoring" program(Coaching).
The program is tailored to the Ministry's staff in all positions, as part of the specialized qualitative programs which the Ministry offers to its employees.
It aims to enhance competencies and develop skills, thus contributing to enhancing work, developing performance, maintaining the path of excellence and leadership.
It also ensures the provision of all administrative services according to quality, efficiency and transparency.
The program covers topics related to the definition of the term effective mentoring, its importance, objectives, principles, types, various schools, communication skills, leadership and productivity.
It presents models, tools and approaches to effective mentoring, and addresses issues of innovation, future foresight and ensuring business continuity.
