An ADNOC delegation took stock of the MoI experience in providing government services, enhancing employee and customer happiness and well being, and related best practices. 

This was during a visit organized by the MoI research and development center to host the ADNOC delegation at the general directorate for customer happiness  at the ministry. Colonel Mubarak Saeed al Khaili, deputy director general for happiness met with Ibrahim Jumaa al Hosani, Director of community administration for Al Dhafra and the accompanying delegation.
