The MoI launched the 6th Minister of Interior excellence award – the minister phase as part of the award timeline and in an effort to enhance achievements and accomplishments already in place, and to continue on the journey of excellence and leadership through elevating job performance, and to foster institutional flexibility and proactiveness.
The award includes three main categories: institutional, police and employee awards mainly for individuals, as well as external prizes for different segments of the community.
Since its launch in 2011, the award pushed towards enhancing police field work, for greater competition between sectors with the aim to improve excellence, job performance, develop efficiency, innovation and pioneering to offer advanced services for the community, achieve better standards, and implement the MoI strategic goals.
