Represented by the General Directorate of Happiness, in cooperation with the Dubai Health Authority, the Ministry of Interior organized a virtual workshop on the efforts made by DHA in fighting Covid-19, right from the beginning when the virus emerged and at the height of the global pandemic.

Khaled Al Jallaf, Director of Research, Studies and Data Analysis Department at DHA, attended the workshop along with a group of Customer Happiness Diploma students.

In the beginning of the presentation, Al Jallaf indicated that all the efforts put in place by DHA were in line with the directions of the state and in cooperation with all relevant authorities.

Al Jallaf added that the potentials and enormous capabilities of the UAE in confronting this global pandemic did not spring out of nowhere, but were rather achieved thanks to the generous support and care that the UAE health sector receives from HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

He explained that DHA is an essential component of the health system in the UAE, and operates in line with the directions of the state and in accordance with its vision, national agenda and aspirations for 2071. Efforts of DHA are in the public interest, and help maintain the UAE's global competitiveness in the health field.

Al Jallaf then reviewed the preventive measures and precautions taken to face this pandemic, and the efforts made by DHA to keep the community safe.
