• Business license from the competent licensing authorities in each Emirate.• Letter of undertaking by the agent or factory to ensure all devices and equipment to be approved from 3 to 5 years depending on the nature of the device.• A valid passport copy of the license holder.• Certificate of registration from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.• Distribution agreement concluded between the agent or the factory approved by the Civil Defense or the distributor.
