  • Service Requirements

    Requirements
    • Inmate's family must be physically present in the Establishments during the determined date according to the visitation schedule
    • Present proof of identity at the reception and place personal belongings in the secretariat's office. 
    • External approval from the Public Prosecution(for non-first-degree relatives) 
    • Internal approval by the concerned authority at the Directorate General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments

    • In some cases, the service is only available for relatives of the inmates (first degree)
    • The visitation shall not be granted in the event the inmate refuses the visit or if he is deprived of the visits for behavioral misconduct 
    • The visitation sessions shall adhere to the time limit as stipulated by the law 
    • Approval of the Public Prosecution (for non-first-degree relatives)
