A Service Repository is an organization-wide electronic system that stores detailed data on MOI services in a central database where data can be analyzed to inform service delivery. With the MOI Service Repository, MOI services can be listed and classified electronically – in a real departure from the more traditional paper-based systems -, and a solid electronic documentation cycle that is true to the principles of organizational governance and that supports the delivery of the professional objectives of all those involved in the documentation cycle is guaranteed.
Customers at large:the Service Repository offers detailed data on the different services delivered by the different MOI Sectors and Functions (name of service, service description, application procedures, service fees, service process time, required documents, service delivery channels- the various Service Delivery Centers and their operating hours, etc…)
MOI Sectors and Functions:the Service Repository offers an outstanding professional experience for MOI sectors and functions, the Service Repository being an integrated electronic platform to monitor the number of services they deliver to their customers, and extract detailed statistics and reports on same, and follow up on service performance indicators.
The Service Repository offers numerous advantages to its users, namely the basic and advanced search options, service evaluation on various social media platforms, identification of nearest service delivery points, access to electronic forms, access to service cards that present to customers detailed information about the service (service delivery points, application procedures, required documents, etc …).
The Service Repository itself offers various communication channels that are user friendly. The Service Repository team can be reached through the Voice of the Customer electronic form that is integrated into the System, or though the your opinion counts tab on the electronic service cards. The Service Repository Team can also be reached through the MOI Call Centre toll free no. .
You do not incur any fees for using the Service Repository itself.
Our valued customers are free to download or print out service cards any time the wish to do so.

Of course it is! A lighter version of the system has been developed for the more common smart phones and tablets, and is adaptable to the screen size and characteristics of these phones and tablets (using HTML5).
We recommend a minimum internet speed of 128 MB (to download pictures and graphs).
The system will automatically log out after 15 minutes of inactivity (security feature in the system design). In all cases, we advise you to Log Out when you are done using the system or when you are leaving your computer.
Accounts will be given to MOI staff whom whose Roles and Responsibilities require such an account. For more information on the same, kindly speak to the head of Strategy & Performance Development Section in your department.
To get an account in the Service Repository, the following steps need to be undertaken:
- Coordinate with the head of Strategy & Performance Development Section in your department (the coordinator at the sector/function level)
- Fill in the user account form – can be downloaded through the following link: User Accounts Form
- Send the form to the Customers Service Department; an account with the required access level (as established in the user account form) will be created.
We advise you to regularly change your password, every month if possible.
You can get a new password by clicking on the “forgot your password” tab on the sign-in page.
You can browse and use the system from any geographical location; all you need is internet connection! The Service Repository is available 24/7.
Absolutely not, all you need to do is speak to the head of Strategy & Performance Development Section in your department, fill in the user account form, and send it via fax to the Customers Service Department (fax no. XXXXXX).
